RESERVATION POLICY
- We will take your credit card for the guarantee of the reservations. If we need to collect payments in advance, you will definitely receive email notice in advance.
- Pay your remaining balance upon arrival. We accept cash. Credit cards for balance over 3000NTD only.
- Check-in time 15:00, check-out time 11:00. Late arrival after 22:00, please notify us in advance.
- Change-of-date: contact us 3 days prior to your booking date. 3 days prior to arrival – no penalty 2 days prior to arrival – penalty fee applies.
- Late check out after 11:00. You will be charged for one night at the price of that day.
- Minimum age for dormitory is 18 years old, and private room is 16 years old but must be accompanied by one adult in the room.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult in private rooms.
- Guests taller than 120cm in height are required to reserve one bed for himself/herself.
- Booking availability: 3 months before arrival→ minimum two nights. 1 month before arrival→one night booking available.
